Class Explanations
To allow for
NEW classes, not all listed classes are offered every term.
Classes are open to adults and children over 12 years. All of our classes are hand on providing you with all the materials required to complete the project being taught. You can start with the basics and follow on learning all about different designs for cards, scapbooking and about many other exciting new techniques.
Each class is limited to a maximum of 6 people so each person can receive personal attention.

| At the start there is paper, stamps, ink pads, embossing powders and markers. When you put them all together you will produce some wonderful cards and take home some fantastic tips and ideas. This is a great class for someone who wants to start making cards or for the experienced card maker to refresh on basic skills or someone simply looking for some easy and stunning cards to make. With Christmas only 6 months away, you will have plenty of time to practice making special occasion and birthday cards using stamps, embossing powders, colour, glitter and many embellishments.

Colouring Fun with Jenny- NEW | 2.5 hours $33.00 |

| If you like to colour in with your Copic markers then this is the class for you. We will colour, colour and colour. Learn different brush strokes to get the most out of your markers and experiment with the different shades and tones that Copic has to offer. Designs from Penny Black and Stamp It will form the basis of three very cute ￢ﾀﾘCopic￢ﾀﾙ coloured cards.

| Whether it be a Poppy, a Daisy or a posy of garden flowers we will cut them, colour them and layer them to create three lovely cards. We will use Twinkling H2O's, a variety of patterned papers and assorted embellishments to enhance our designs. Come and be surprised how artistic you can be.

| With so many wonderful ideas and fantastic stamp designs available we will showcase some ideas in a ring bound hard cover journal. Use it as a journal, to store a list of your craft supplies, keep adding ideas or simply decorate alternating pages with photos. The cover and three pages will be made using one un-mounted stamp set from 'Stamp It' with a nature theme and each page will be highlighted with glistening pearl effects.

| It's never too early to get ready for Christmas, so get out your Christmas card list and we will make a start! Using decorative stamps, speciality papers and fancy embellishments we will create stunning cards full of sparkle, joy and festive sentiments.

| Here are some fantastic ideas for the (hard to design for) men in your life. A water-colour background will highlight a lonesome seagull. Flower Soft will bring a tree to life in the front of a country shack and the music buff will be delighted with these musical notes. Card designs made to send birthday wishes, say Happy Fathers Day, to congratulate or just because.

| These cards have a little artistic flavor to them. A rainbow of sponged colour will be the back drop for a field of Ranunculus flowers that come to life by adding a three dimensional touch, (you could easily create a stunning canvas for your wall with this design). A butterfly drawing that will look like it is ready to fly off the page - one wing will be concentrated in colour ready
to take flight while the other wing will show delicate detail. The underlying background will be a mixture of texture, muted colour and sparkle. If you love the idea of experimenting with colour, inks and glue and like the challenge of a little bit of cutting this is a class that takes you beyond the normal.

| The idea behind this class is to help you get the most out of your product. So often we buy a stamp, make a card and then wonder what other designs we could create with it. I'm sure you'll love the results, as we feature one versatile floral stamp as our base to make four very different cards using a range of colours, designs, products and accessories.

| Simple yet stylish cards will set the scene for a creative set of cards suitable for both males and females. You will be introduced to more designs as you use decorative papers, simple embellishments and stamps to get the most out of the 'paper on paper' technique. Come, be inspired and have some fun!

| Using new embossing folders, Nestabilities templates, stamps and chipboard you will create two shadow box cards and a beautiful shadow box piece for display. Wings and things will be the theme, a butterfly in flight, dragonflies dancing and a feathery friend nestled amongst the leaves. Add a touch of colour using Twinkling H2O's, gold leaf and pearlescent powders. The finished products will show off simple designs with special effects and stunning results.

We will combine a variety of materials to create cards with a special touch of elegance. | Using the Kaisercraft 'Hey Birdie' stamp set and range of papers we will create some very simple and effective cards in lovely tones of pink and green. We will also decorate a wooden display box with simple embellishments to store these cards in and for you to re-stock as needed.
