Bookings and Terms

A deposit of half the class fee is payable on booking with full payment due 1 week prior to your class.

As we cater for up to 5 people in each class if payment has not been received by the due date we will assume you no longer wish to do the class and your place will become available to the waiting list, (however we will attempt to ring you first to confirm your attendance).

If you need to cancel a class we need at least 1 weeks notice to try and fill your spot. If we are able to fill your seat we will offer you a voucher for another class or a full refund.

As teachers have to be booked in advance a refund will not be available for short notice cancellations.

However if we can fill your seat we will offer you a voucher for another class or a full refund. If Bellbird Paper Arts have to cancel a class a full refund will be given.

4 CLASS DISCOUNT

For every 4 classes you book we offer a discount, simply add up the cost of the 4 classes and deduct $10. Discount only applies to classes PAID FOR IN FULL one week prior to you first class. A 50% deposit is required on booking.
